Year 4 at The Accord School

Sophie Elliott is our inaugural teacher of “The Hub,” a daily student skills class integrating executive functioning, social development, and personal growth. Sophie has served many roles at Accord, starting as an intern when she was in high school! Over the past nine years, Sophie has dedicated and developed her career in teaching, coaching, and mentoring to empowering neurodivergent students and families. Sophie holds a BA in Psychology from Keene State College, bringing both academic preparation and real-world experience to her work. Sophie infuses creativity and curiosity into her work- often guiding her senior colleagues to rethink a long held practice or belief. She is passionate about helping students grow in confidence, build independence, and form meaningful connections.
